The Big Blue House Inn Policies:

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation cancellations require one week (7 days) notice to cancel. Reservations 
cancelled following policy will not be charged and the  deposit less $20.00 fee will be refunded to cover costs of credit card processing.
Special events such as Gem Show and UofA events require 30 days notice.
Extended Stay (7 days or more) require 30 day notice to cancel without fee.

Extended Stay and multiple-day reservation cancellations:
Extended Stay reservations require a deposit. Each day that is not cancelled within the applicable policy (7 days or 30 days) will be charged for that day. Each day that is cancelled following  policy will not be charged and the deposit, if any, for that day will be refunded. All cancellations will be refunded less $20.00 cancellation fee to cover cost of credit card processing.

ADDITIONAL PERSON:
All rooms are priced for two persons (except room 5). Additional people (no matter the age) are charged $20.00 per night. An Aero-Bed is available in some of the rooms.

Due to the historic nature of the house, we do not encourage children under 12 years.

 
All rooms are non-smoking and guest will be charged for cleaning if they choose to smoke in a room, however, each room has a nice outside porch…PETS: 
Because it is a  free standing separate building, pets are considered for only room four “The Cottage”. No other rooms are allowed pets. Restrictions apply! Call for details.CHECK IN:
Check in time is 3-6pm. However, we are more than happy to work with your time of arrival. Please! Call us and let us know when you intend to check in.
 
ITEMS LEFT BEHINDWe are not responsible for items that may have forgotten when you check-out. We will be happy to send the items to you if you pay the postage & a small handling fee.
 
PRIVACY POLICY: The Big Blue House does not store or distribute or share any personal information to anyone for any reason.
